volume runs are produced using our modern PCL controlled air set
sand system.
The sand line utilises the latest technology to
control the blend of sand giving the finest detail possible for
producing sand castings.
Two bonding methods are now in place,
Furane and Pepset, allowing us to choose which system is more
appropriate for a particular application. |

A sealed reclamation system is in place at
WCCL, giving an environmentally friendly supply of sand.
Sand
samples are taken on a weekly basis to ensure that the
quality of the sand within the system is maintained.
